The VTC power module seamlessly integrates with your vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU), providing direct access to engine management. Unlike typical tuning boxes on the market, our system takes a more comprehensive approach than just rail pressure sensor manipulation.
We continuously monitor key engine parameters in real-time, including Engine RPM, Turbo pressure, Temperature, accelerator position, and rail pressure. Through precise modification of the main pulse signals to each injector, we extend injection duration with remarkable control, ensuring accurate and consistent performance enhancement.
This approach allows us to fine-tune performance according to varying conditions and engine load, delivering optimal power when needed. Not only does this result in more effective performance enhancement, but it can also yield significant efficiency improvements, often achieving savings of up to 15%.

Installation
Our power modules are engineered to facilitate easy installation with a ‘Plug and Play’ design. Using OEM connectors and custom-built wiring harnesses specific to each truck model, our modules seamlessly integrate into your vehicle. Additionally, our modules can be effortlessly disconnected at any time, allowing your vehicle to revert to its original settings without leaving any traces of tuning.

When the VTC power module is installed to the vehicle, all of the original manufacturer’s safety parameters remain untouched. We tap into the vehicles available power reserves and achieve a power increase well within the design limits of the driveline components.
If there is ever a system error, for example a blocked fuel filter , the module will not continue tuning and the vehicles own protection mode (Limp) will still be activated if necessary.

The wiring harness which connects the module to the engine is using only genuine OEM connectors with a high quality custom built loom to withstand even the worst environments. All modules and harnesses are fully tested before shipping to our customers. Each VTC module comes with a 24 month warranty.
